Why do I like this spread? It incorporates healthy fats and raw honey together for a healthy spread or for topping hot cereal. This provides the anti-microbial properties of coconut oil, energy from the coconut oil and lowers the glycemic rating of your cereal or toast. The raw honey provides immune support.
- 1 cup solidified unrefined coconut oil
- 1⁄2–3⁄4 cup raw, local honey to taste (or whatever

- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1⁄4 teaspoon allspice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1⁄2 teaspoon unrefined sea salt
Makes 1-3/4 cups to 1 pint.
Place all ingredients in your food processor. Process on high for about 1 minute. Don’t over blend, or the coconut oil will liquefy and separate from the honey.
Next, spread this delicious “butter” onto your breads, biscuits, rolls, pancakes, waffles, or other breads that yearn for a welcome new flavor.
