Ingredients

  • 2 cupscoarsely chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 12 teaspoonsea salt
  • 4 anchovy fillets rinsed
  • 14 cupfreshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoonscapers rinsed
  • 14 teaspoonfreshly ground pepper
  • 12 cupextra-virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor and blend for about a minute, until finely chopped. With the food processor running, drizzle in the olive oil and process until the sauce is smooth.
