Is this program gluten-free?
Yes, this program is gluten-free for those of you on a gluten-free diet. It is, however, not dairy free. Dairy substitutions are noted on all recipes.
How is the content delivered?
After you pay for the program, you will receive an email to get you started. Each week, you will receive an email opening up the next week's content. You will have access to the program content for six months after joining the program.
