Privacy Policy

Unique Nutrition Solutions, LLC  |  Last updated September 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Unique Nutrition Solutions, LLC (“Unique Nutrition Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit https://uniquenutritionsolutions.com/, request a resource, join our email list, make a purchase, contact us, or otherwise interact with our public Website and related services.

This Policy applies to the public Website and related marketing and business interactions. It does not replace any separate client agreement, informed consent, platform notice, or privacy notice that may apply if you become an individual nutrition client.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and communication preferences.
  • Inquiry and communication information, including messages, survey responses, discovery-chat forms, and customer-support correspondence.
  • Purchase and transaction information, such as products or services ordered, billing details, payment status, and transaction identifiers. Payment providers generally process complete card information directly.
  • Account and program information, such as usernames, enrollment status, completed forms, resource access, and course progress when applicable.
  • Content you submit, such as comments, reviews, testimonials, or other voluntary submissions.
  • Information you voluntarily provide in connection with individualized services, which may include dietary, symptom, health, laboratory, medication, supplement, lifestyle, family-history, and genetic information. Submit sensitive client information only through the secure method we direct you to use.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Website, our service providers and we may automatically collect device and activity information such as your IP address, approximate location, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring page, pages viewed, links clicked, session timing, cookie identifiers, and error or security logs. Depending on the technology and applicable law, some of this information may be considered personal information even when it does not directly identify you by name.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from platforms that help us deliver services, process purchases, manage appointments, provide email resources, operate affiliate links, prevent fraud, or analyze Website use. We may also receive information when you interact with our social-media pages or purchase through a third-party referral link, subject to that third party’s settings and privacy practices.

2. How we use personal information

We may use personal information to:

  • operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Website;
  • deliver requested guides, newsletters, programs, products, appointments, and client services;
  • process transactions, administer payment plans, maintain business records, and prevent fraud;
  • respond to questions, applications, discovery-chat requests, and customer-service needs;
  • personalize content and understand how visitors find and use the Website;
  • send administrative notices and, where permitted, educational or promotional email;
  • manage comments, testimonials, surveys, and community features;
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, safety, and professional obligations; and
  • protect our rights, users, clients, systems, and business.

3. Legal bases for processing

Where a law requires us to identify a legal basis, we process personal information as necessary to perform a contract or take steps you request before a contract; with your consent; to comply with legal obligations; and for legitimate interests such as operating, securing, improving, and communicating about our business, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, but withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies that may be necessary for security, preferences, forms, embedded content, analytics, and marketing. Our cookie-consent tool allows you to accept, reject, or adjust optional cookie categories where available. Necessary cookies may operate without consent when permitted by law because the Website cannot function properly without them.

We may use analytics services, including Google Analytics, to understand traffic, referrals, popular content, device information, and Website performance. We may also use social-media or advertising technologies, including Meta technologies, when enabled, to measure campaigns or present relevant advertising. These providers may collect or receive information from the Website and may combine it with information from other services under their own policies.

You can use our cookie-preference control and your browser settings to manage cookies. Blocking cookies may affect some Website functions. Browser-based “Do Not Track” signals are not interpreted uniformly. Where legally required and technically supported, we will treat a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of covered sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activity.

5. Email and direct marketing

When you request a free resource, join a waitlist, register for a program, or otherwise opt in, we may use an email-service provider such as Flodesk to deliver the requested material and related educational or promotional messages. We may send transactional and service messages even if you do not subscribe to marketing.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message. We may retain limited information, such as your email address on a suppression list, to honor the request and meet legal obligations. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary messages about a purchase, appointment, account, or active client service.

6. Purchases and payment providers

Payments and payment plans may be processed by third parties such as Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Practice Better, or another provider identified at checkout. Those providers collect payment and identity information under their own privacy policies. We may receive your name, contact information, transaction details, payment status, and limited billing information, but we generally do not receive or store your full payment card number.

7. Client portal and sensitive health or genetic information

The public Website, ordinary email, public comments, and general contact forms are not intended for detailed health records, laboratory reports, genetic files, or other highly sensitive information. If you become a client, use the secure client portal or another method we specifically authorize, such as Practice Better, for sensitive materials.

Client records may be subject to a separate client agreement, informed consent, platform terms, professional record-retention duties, and applicable privacy law. This public Website Privacy Policy does not promise that every communication or record is protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA); whether HIPAA applies depends on the specific service, entity, and legal relationship. Please ask us if you are uncertain where to submit sensitive information.

8. How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary to the following categories of recipients:

  • Website, hosting, security, backup, spam-prevention, and technical-support providers;
  • email, form, scheduling, course, customer-relationship, and client-portal providers, including Flodesk and Practice Better where used;
  • payment processors, financing providers, accounting providers, and fraud-prevention services;
  • analytics, cookie-consent, embedded-video, social-media, and advertising providers;
  • laboratories, report providers, or other vendors you authorize in connection with a requested service;
  • professional advisers, insurers, auditors, and legal or regulatory authorities;
  • a successor or potential successor in a merger, reorganization, financing, asset transfer, or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements; and
  • other recipients at your direction or with your consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, some analytics or advertising disclosures may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain state laws. Where applicable, you may use the cookie-preference control, a recognized opt-out signal, or the contact methods below to exercise an opt-out right.

9. Affiliate links and third-party content

When you click an affiliate link, the destination website and affiliate network may use cookies or tracking parameters to attribute a purchase. We may receive a commission notice or transaction-related information from the merchant. Third-party links, embedded videos, social-media features, and external forms are governed by the third party’s privacy policy, not this Policy.

10. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain transaction and tax records, honor email preferences, resolve disputes, protect security, and comply with legal or professional obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information, the service involved, and applicable requirements. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, de-identify, or securely archive it.

11. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. These may include encrypted connections, access controls, secure service providers, account protections, backups, and limited access to client information. No Internet transmission, email, platform, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe information has been compromised, contact us promptly.

12. International processing

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for cross-border transfers. By using the Website, you understand that information may be processed outside your state, province, or country, subject to applicable law.

13. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • request access to or a copy of personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • request deletion of certain information;
  • request restriction of or object to certain processing;
  • receive certain information in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis;
  • opt out of marketing email;
  • opt out of certain sale, sharing, profiling, or targeted-advertising activity where applicable; and
  • appeal a decision regarding a privacy request or complain to an appropriate regulator where the law provides that right.

To make a request, email [email protected] or use our contact page. Describe your request and the relationship through which you interacted with us. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted, but we may require proof of authorization. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

14. Additional U.S. state disclosures

Some U.S. state privacy laws apply only to businesses that meet specified thresholds. If a law applies to us and to your information, we will provide the rights and notices required by that law. During the preceding 12 months, the categories of information we may have collected and disclosed for business purposes are described in Sections 1 and 8 of this Policy. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

15. Children and minors

The public Website and self-directed purchases are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without legally valid parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Website, contact us so we can review and, when appropriate, delete it.

We may offer individual services for a minor only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian, and when the service is appropriate under applicable law and professional standards.

16. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in technology, vendors, services, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the Website, email, or another reasonable method. We will seek consent when legally required before using previously collected information for a materially different purpose.
